How do I know what my perfect size is?

You can go to the fit guide and follow the instructions there. You will find further instructions and calculators to find your perfect fit for any Rosalie Wynne bralette, panty, or bodysuit.

What method of bra sizing do you use?

We use the traditional or “plus 4” method of sizing. With this method your band size is your underbust measurement plus 4 and then rounded down to the nearest even number. Your cup size is the difference between your band size and your bust measurement where 1 = A, 2 = B, 3 = C, etc.

Here’s an example based off bust and under-bust measurements of 31 inches and 39 inches.

Band size: 31″ + 4 = 35. Round that down to 34.

Cup size: 39″ — 34 = 5. Convert this to a letter and 4 = E (DD).

In this example the best size would be a 34E (DD).

Can I Ship My Order as a Gift?

Absolutely! Just enter a different address in the “ship to” section at checkout. Give us a head’s up that it’s a gift in the “Order Notes” box at the checkout and we’ll make sure there are no prices on the tags.

If you’d like a written note added to the gift, include that in the “Order Notes” box as well, and we will personally write it for you.

Is There Tax on My Order?

Yes, unfortunately, we do have to charge tax.

As for orders in the USA and the rest of the world, shipments are subject to all customs and duties set by your countries laws and policies.

Can I Pick Up My Order in Keswick, Ontario?

Yes! The studio is located in the northern part of York Region, in Keswick and you’re welcome to pick up your order once it’s finished. Just select “Local Pickup” and we will send you the studio address as well as more details once your order is finished. 

Will You Make Custom Items?

It all depends on what you’d like to have made, how complicated it is, where you’re located, etc.
If you shoot us a quick message, we will let you know.

Can I Exchange My Items?

Most likely, Yes, on everything except the underwear and bodysuits. Please contact us and we’ll chat about your exchange.

Can I Return My Items?

Provided the item is unworn and in it’s original condition, we will accept returns within 21 days for a full refund or 45 days for a store credit from when your item was shipped. For hygienic reasons underwear and bodysuits are final sale and can’t be returned.

Will the lace be exactly as shown?

The lace design (not colour) you receive may be different than what is pictured due to inventory levels. *We will always pair a panty and a bralette lace pattern with matching lace.

Where do you ship your items to?

We can ship all over the world if you would like us to!

What are your shipping costs?

We ship by flat rate.

  • $10 domestic (within Canada)
  • $15 for the US and International

Our shipping includes up to $100 of insurance and tracking. If you need additional insurance, please contact us and we’ll add it to your order.

What are ‘closed loop’ systems?

A closed loop system is one in which products are designed, manufactured, used and handled so as to circulate within society for as long as possible, with maximum usability, minimum adverse environmental impacts, minimum waste generation, and with the most efficient use of water, energy and other resources throughout their lifecycles. This includes recycling of waste back into production systems, as well as making products reusable or repairable.
